Brick Sessions

As this is the hardest of the transitions this will be your most common session.  You won't be able to replicate T2 perfectly but it's still a good exercise.

Simply go for a bike training session whether it be ride for an hour or a more intense session with hills and speed work included.  Once you're done return to base and go for a run.

Depending on where you started from and the time it takes to secure your bike your transition is going to be longer than on race day but it doesn't matter.  All that matters is that you have ridden for a time and now are going for a run.

If you can't get out on your bike and have a turbo trainer then set up a little transition area next to the bike so you can simulate the whole transition experience before heading out.
