Duathlon

Run-Bike-Run.

Has the advantage over the other sports in that you don't get wet and don't have to change your shoes (unless you're clipped into your pedals). Duathlons tend to kick the multi-sport season off and run throughout so they're worth looking into. They're also one of the few events that also venture off-road so if you love Mountain Bikes or All Terrain Hybrids then this may be the sport for you.

As these are my weaker sports I like Duathlons as a way of forcing in the extra training which doubles as a multi-brick session of sorts. As they don't have a swim section Duathlons are plentiful and probably easier to organise (I have no evidence of this) and they're a great test of your multi-sport skills.
