Goggles

Anything you find comfortable and non-leaking. I've had cheap Speedos sold at the pool that have been excellent for 6 months before having any problems. If you're swimming open water you may want something with a UV tint but otherwise there are a lot of options on the market. Some people like the extra range of vision a tri mask gives and others can't get away with them.

Personally I now use Zoggs Predators and haven't had a problem. If you're going to stick with cheap Speedos though go for a rubber eye socket seal not the foam style we used to have as kids.
