Check list time. You have a lot to think about on race day and you'll be bound to forget something so pack the night before.
- Tri Suit (or alternative)
- Goggles
- Ear plugs (if you use them)
- Towel
- Swim Cap (if you use one)
- Neoprene swim cap (Open Water events)
- Wetsuit (Open Water events)
- Running Shoes
- Socks (if you use them)
- Talcum powder (if you use it)
- Cycling Shoes (if you use them)
- Helmet
- Running / Cycling sunnies
- Bike
- Spare inner tubes
- Puncture repair kit
- Pump
- Race Belt
- Safety Pins / Number Clips
- Mobile Phone
- Money
- Water
- Gels and nutrition (if you're going further than Sprint distance)
- Fleece or coat for when you're standing around pre and post event
- BTF membership card (if you don't know what this is don't worry)
