Swim Brick Sessions
Essentially an Aquathlon. You can either simulate an Aquathlon event by doing a 500m swim at race pace then going out to do a run or just do a swim session then add a run in after it.
If you're going to use a gym bike it might be a good idea to use that before you go in the pool as Gym Managers get a little upset if you're dripping all over the place.
