Neoprene Swim Cap
A neoprene cap (not the silicone pool jobs) will keep your head warm. Some people can manage with the pool cap but I'll take as many layers as you can throw at me. You will be provided with a silicone cap at the event and this will be worn over your neoprene cap. Do some online research to find the cheapest deal.
